Fedden Village  a 1906 Old Navel College, which was converted in 1980s to high end apartments, located on the Severn estuary. A  building of this size required a carefully structured maintenance program which we developed and started in 2009. As the regular maintenance program was introduced, our client has been pleasantly surprised that costly repairs have been reduced.
